What forms of payment can I use?Updated a year ago

For recurring subscription orders, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and debit cards.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers. Prepaid cards cannot be used towards month-to-month subscription plans.

To update your billing information on file, simply log into your Scentbird account at any time > click payment method > edit.
