It sounds like you need to activate your account. Go to the log in page and click where it says "if you have a subscription and have not activated your account, click here". You'll enter your email address and we'll send you an email to activate your account. If this email isn't in your inbox, please check spam.

Once activated, you can view and manage your account and subscription(s).
