Can you please explain the process from payment to shipment?Updated 6 months ago
Once you place your order we will start prepping your order for shipment right away. Orders typically ship out from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. One you order ships you will get an email letting you know! Your first order will come with tracking information.
After the first month:
Your subscription date is determined by the date you processed your first order. Once the payment is processed we will begin processing your order to ship out. We’ll be sure to get you an email once the order ships!
Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll send an email notification of its shipment along with your tracking number on your first order. Please note our recurring refill orders do not have tracking information. generally we see them arrive within 10 days. of course if you run into any issues please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]
